McAdams Properties provides short-term rental management services for property owners in Colorado. Our website provides information about our services, allows you to request revenue estimates, and facilitates the onboarding process for new clients.

Revenue Estimates

Revenue estimates provided through our website are projections based on comparable property data, market conditions, and historical performance. They are not guarantees of future income. Actual rental revenue depends on numerous factors including property condition, market fluctuations, seasonal demand, and guest reviews.

Management Services

Our property management services are governed by a separate Management Services Agreement executed between McAdams Properties and the property owner. The terms on this website do not constitute a management agreement. Management fees, responsibilities, and service terms are detailed in the individual agreement.

Trust Accounting

Rental income for managed properties is held in separate, FDIC-insured trust accounts and is never commingled with McAdams Properties business funds. Disbursements, fees, and financial reporting are governed by the Management Services Agreement and applicable Colorado law.

User Submissions

Information submitted through our forms (revenue estimates, contact forms, onboarding questionnaires) is used solely for the purpose of evaluating and providing our services. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of McAdams Properties or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

McAdams Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us under the applicable Management Services Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grand County, Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
