“This house was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 young children for a 5-day stay. The location is both easily walkable to downtown Estes and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood. The house has been nicely updated and is both well-maintained and clean. The amenities were outstanding; this is the best-stocked Airbnb we have stayed at. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit with toasting forks provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and more, and the welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed seeing elk on the property one morning. Michael was proactive in communicating with us and provided clear information ahead of time, and checked in during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to other families.”

“We had a wonderful stay here-the area is beautiful, the home is lovely and everything was clean and organized. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was a definite favorite for the group and also loved the outside patio/balcony to sit with coffee in the morning. Granby ranch area is lovely as well, and Michael was super responsive and provided a lot of information before the stay. Overall, would highly recommend!”

“This home in Fraser was exactly as advertised. And it had the best kitchen of any airbnb I've stayed at. All the cookware was fantastic, the island opened up to the dining and living area, so we could all watch Olympic curling, bobsledding and skating while making dinner or playing games or sitting on the couch. Michael was prompt in responding to all our questions and was a fabulous host. The Emerald bus line was an easy few steps from the front door to take us to Winter Park, and the outdoor locker was great for holding all our ski equipment. Winter Park even gave us a few inches of fresh powder, which has been in short supply this ski season. We enjoyed our evenings in the hot tub and slept well in lovely bedding. I highly recommend!”

“Michael's place was just as described and pictured. It was super clean, quiet, abundant parking, stocked kitchen, and had everything we needed. His instructions were clear and helpful and he provided plenty of information about the surrounding area. Michael was also super pro-active and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay at Beacon at the Lakes again when visiting our daughter!! Thank you Michael and family!”

“Absolutely PERFECT. We cannot say enough about this property! Having stayed in numerous short-term rentals, this was by far the most accommodating for travelers with small children. Baby monitors, pack-n-play, guard rails, booster seat, utensils, plates, sippy-cups, safety outlet covers, children's books, etc. If we needed it, they had it. Not to mention the unit was very clean, quiet and well-kept. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and provided us with all the details to access the property's amenities comfortably. They were also unbelievably helpful by going above and beyond to search/return a meaningful item we had mistakenly left in the unit. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be booking a return visit as we travel to Granby regularly!”

“This home was perfect for our family trip which included 12 people from 70 years down to 9 years old. It was conveniently located near grocery store, gas station, Granby rodeo, and about 30 minutes from the entrance of RMNP. The house itself was very clean and organized with a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook full meals. The hot tub was great, the back deck looks over a beautiful valley with a golf course, the beds were comfy, and the showers were nice. The hosts communicated well throughout and I would totally stay there again and would recommend this home/hosts without pause.”
